To change your meeting times:

  1. Go to the Setup page on Admin, and click 'Meeting slots' at the right of the page
  2. Edit the start and end times of the affected timeslots. A red 'Save' button will appear under the last meeting slot - click it to apply your changes.
    Special Notes:
    - You must maintain the format of the timeslots. If they are in the 12-hour style, they should show, e.g., 01:30 PM. In the 24-hour format, this would be 13:00  

    - When changing the timeslots, make sure they do not overlap - if they do, the system will reject your changes. If you are moving times to later in the day, start with the final timeslot. If moving them to earlier times, start with the first.
    - If your event spans more than 1 day, try to make timeslots match across days. If you cannot do this, for each day you must uncheck timeslots that will not be used. You'll need to save this change.
    - If there are any meetings on a timeslot, it cannot be deleted.
    - If you change a timeslot that has meetings on it, let your attendees know you have made the change. They may be using a pdf or other offline copy of the original timings. 


To add meeting times:

  1. Go to the Setup page on Admin, and click 'Meeting slots' at the right of the page
  2. At the end of the meeting slot list, enter the start and end times of the new meeting slot. If you do not want 1:1 meetings to take place on the new meeting slot, uncheck the box
  3. Click the Add button next to the new timeslot.
    Special Note: Take care not to create overlapping meetings!
