If an attendee has allocated space at their stand to meet with prospective clients they can create a custom meeting point within Meeting Mojo to manage their meetings. This can be registered to either an organisation or an individual attendee, depending on the situation.
NOTE: We advise completing this task while talking to the organisation or individual, to ensure all data entered is correct and to save having to correct information later.

Each custom meeting point can only support one meeting per meeting timeslot. If you want to allow each attendee in an organisation to be have independent meetings at the same time, add an Attendee Meeting Point to each. If you want to allow just one meeting at a time , at an Exhibit Booth or private meeting room, for example, add an Organisation Meeting Point.

NOTE: if you have provided Public or Shared meeting points as well, these will be assigned to 'overspill' meeting when an Organisation Meeting Point is occupied or unavailabe
