Meeting Mojo is normally used only for person-to-person meetings. Usually each person is listed with their company entry, and they can only book meetings with delegates from other companies. More people can be added to a meeting once it has been requested but this way can be time consuming if you plan to add a large amount of people.
If you don't want to display delegate names, you can add company names instead of attendee names as a 'Solo' entry, so that companies will book meetings with other companies. In this case, the actual delegate names will not be listed. The username must always be an email address.
