The 'Bookmark' function enables delegates to select a list of preferred meeting targets and add a note to each. This is activated on the Setup page (toggle switches). There is no formal ranking function. If you want to set up meetings on behalf of your delegates, you can ask them to bookmark an unprioritized list, or provide their prioritized list offline and then set up the meetings manually, based on their preferences.
