Yes and no. Yes - it is possible to send emails reminding delegates of missed meeting requests but no - the system emails cannot be individually customised for each attendee. While system email text can be changed, the text would have to be personalised every time it got sent to a different attendee if you wished for it to say something only applicable to one person.
