Yes and no. By default, the Search page will show a list of attendees under each company name, making it easy to see who belongs to which company. The only way for a company to have its own profile for booking meetings, messaging, etc. is by ticking the 'Is Solo' option when creating the organisation. This means attendees cannot be added to the company and is particularly helpful for any freelancers or individuals attending your event that are not part of any company.
