If you're running an event where not all delegates will be involved in meetings, you can use Meeting Mojo's integral registration form to provide opt in/out for 1:1 meetings. Using the Groups feature, you can 'hide' the opt-out delegates from the meeting system. They can still feed information into their conference account, and view other aspects of the conference website.
