No - alternative email addresses are only used as a backup method of communication. When an email is sent to the primary email, the alternative email gets the exact same message. 


However, if you would like to enable colleague account access, you can do so by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Setup tab on the Admin dashboard.
  2. Either click (on the right) or scroll down to 'System configuration settings'.
  3. Find 'Colleague meeting access' and click the switch so that it turns red and says 'On'. Only turn this on if you are sure everyone can be trusted not to mess around with their colleague's meetings.
