Yes, Sessions will appear on the schedules of relevant attendees when set up. Sessions support multiple tracks to be created, so for example if you needed certain events to appear on your sponsor's schedules but not other attendees, you can do so. Attendees can also sign up for Sessions that they are interested in, or the event organiser can manually sign up attendees themselves.
