System emails can be customised, but does not offer support for customising emails for individual attendees. The system can only customise password reset or welcome emails for individual delegates.
For this reason, we recommend using your own email client to send custom messages to specific people. Ensure the email looks professional otherwise it may get marked as spam either automatically or by the receiver.
