Yes, Welcome and Meeting Reminder emails can manually be sent to certain attendees using the bulk action function found at the bottom of the Attendees tab. The system otherwise cannot customise emails for specific people, this will need to be done through a third party email client. 


If you would like to download a document that includes all attendee emails for use in a third party client, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Attendees tab.
  2. Choose the 'Page size' dropdown box on the right and click 'All'.
  3. Click 'Export this as CSV' underneath. A .csv format spreadsheet file will be downloaded, containing all the information of every attendee on your system.

Individual email addresses can be seen under each attendee's name in the Attendees tab.
