There are two ways attendees can contact each other in your event:

  1. Direct messaging - a private conversation between two delegates, found in the dedicated 'Messages' section at the top of the page. This feature may be turned off at any time in the first section of the Setup tab.
  2. Meeting instant chat - a messaging thread found during meetings for real time messaging between participants. These cannot be turned off as some meetings may require them. Instant chat history can also be found by clicking the 'Messages' button at the top of the page.

There is no blog or message board on the system. If you need to send a message to all of your attendees, you can either place it on your home page or use a third party email client.
