Yes, assuming you are the event manager. To get started, head to the Admin Dashboard, choose your event then head to either the Organisations or Attendees tabs. It should go without saying, do not edit any information already input on a profile without permission from the attendee or company. Once the system has been set up, it is best to leave attendees to maintain their own accounts unless they have explicitly asked for your help.
