There are a number of reasons for upload failures:
- Your image may be too large (over 1Mb)
- It may not be in .png, .jpg or .gif format
- You may be trying to upload an image with the same filename as one that is already in the system.
Make sure your image is saved in one of the 3 formats (.png preferred); always rename an image if you modify it, and if possible, keep image sizes below 100KB. If you still can't upload your image(s), try using a different browser or device. Chrome, Firefox and other Chromium-based browsers should all allow you to upload images without a problem.
