You may have either accidentally set up a system redirect or another admin has done so without telling you. If you have other admins in your event team, consult them first before making any changes. Otherwise, to remove an automatic system redirect:

  1. Navigate to the Setup tab and choose 'Integration with external applications' in the lower right menu.
  2. If you see text in blue next to 'Website redirect' that says anything other than 'None', click that text.
  3. Click 'Delete' to reset the redirect back to default (None).
  4. To test if the redirect still occurs, scroll to the top of the page and click 'Website' to access the front end of your event. If the redirect still happens despite turning it off, please create a support ticket at the top of this page.
