Remove a profile picture or logo on behalf of an attendee or company

  1. Navigate to the Content tab and click 'Media' in the top right menu.
  2. Click the 'user' folder and find the image you would like to delete. Some images might not have thumbnails, requiring you to click them to see what they are. For future reference, this folder will contain all profile pictures or company logos you may upload to a profile.
  3. Click the small trash bin icon next to the image to delete it from the system. Make sure you want to do this, as the system will not show any warning or confirmation prompt. To recover any images you may have accidentally deleted, create a support ticket at the top of this page as soon as possible.


Again, only delete these images if strictly necessary. They do not need to be deleted if they are to be replaced, as any replacement image can be applied at any time. Additionally, you can click the trash bin icon next to the 'user' folder to delete all profile pictures or logos uploaded to profiles at once, helpful if you are testing the system before launch. This will not affect any other images on the system, such as banners or Custom Fields. Lastly, attendees and companies cannot delete their own logos or profile pictures, only replace them.
