It is possible for attendees to sync their meeting schedule with other calendars such as Outlook or Google Calendar, however it is highly recommended to instead use printed schedules as these calendars can sometimes take a while to update. Links to sync calendars can be sent in system emails using the provided templates. 

To print or download a schedule at any time, visit your schedule (or an attendee's if you are the manager), then click 'Print' or 'PDF' in the top left.
