  3. Private meeting point block - when an Attendee has use of a meeting location for only a limited period
If an Attendee or Organization have use of a private meeting place for, say, a morning only, you must exclude it from their meetings at all other times:

Each will turn grey and indicate 'Unblock' (may take a few moments to change).
    - You can also block an entire day, by clicking 'Block day'.
    - If you have already set it up, find the Attendee on the Attendees page: type their last name into the Name box, then click Filter.
    - Click the 'View' button beneath the Attendee's name
    - Click the 'View usage' link opposite the meeting point name (may need to scroll down to see this)
    - Click the 'Block' link on the timeslots you want to block. Each will turn grey and indicate 'Unblock' (may take a few moments to change).
    - you can also block an entire day, by clicking 'Block day'.
