Send the attendee the login details you used, including the system website address, their username (email address) and password. If they are still having problems, make sure they try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure the email address and password are being typed into the correct text boxes on the login screen.
  • Make sure you do not add 'spaces' either side of the username or password. The password is case-sensitive so please only use capitals where necessary and make sure your Caps Lock is Off.
  • Lastly, they can request a new password from the system by clicking 'Forgotten password?' on the login screen. 


If they do not receive the password reset email or still cannot log into their account, please create a support ticket at the top of this page.
