Every attendee must be linked to an Organization, so you need to start the process on the Organisation page:

  1. Either click an existing organization name or create a new one by clicking the 'New' button at the end of the list. 
  2. Next, click 'Add a new attendee' on the organization view page. 
  3. Enter at least an email address, password, first name and last name.
