All delegates automatically have the option to add information to any free-text box in their profile. However, Meeting Mojo prevents users from adding extra words and phrases to Keyword and other dropdown listings. This is because uncontrolled addition of low-value phrases soon renders search filters useless. As an event manager, you control, and can add new keywords and options to the lists as required.
